Processing & Transit This 7-14 business day window encompasses both the preparation of your garment and its transit time. Business days do not include weekends or recognized public holidays.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a formal confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update within the courier's system once it has left our hands.

Unforeseen Delays While we strive for precision in our delivery timelines, Karvve cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays caused by our shipping partners, severe weather conditions, or local customs processes. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your items arrive safely.

Address Accuracy Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Karvve is not liable for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase
