Returns

R E T U R N S & S T O R E C R E D I T

To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our collections, Karvve does not issue refunds to the original method of payment. We are, however, pleased to accept returns exclusively for digital store credit within 14 days of your delivery date.

Conditions for Return To qualify for store credit, your garment must meet our meticulous standards. All items must be:

  • Strictly unworn, unwashed, and free of any marks, scents, or damage.

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging fully attached and intact.

Karvve reserves the right to deny any return request if the item does not meet these exact conditions upon our physical inspection. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be credited and will be sent back at the client's expense.

Shipping & Transit Please note that Karvve does not cover the cost of return shipping. The client is responsible for all shipping fees associated with sending the item back to our facility. Additionally, store credit is issued for the cost of the garment only and does not include original shipping charges.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Karvve cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@karvve.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions from there.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
